Personal injury, Quantum and healthcare ExpertMy personal injury practice includes assessment of brain injury, assessments following a road traffic accidents neuropsychological assessments, cognitive skills assessments and the assessment of fitness to work to work and loss of earnings following injury. I carry out psychological assessments of malingering, memory and mental capacity. Neuropsychological assessments include assessment of the quantum following road traffic accidents and industrial injuries.
I provide expert assessments of bullying at work, employers liability and responsibility for harassment and have particular expertise in discrimination cases in employment especially those involving ethnic minorities, women and disabled people. Typical cases involve advising on unfair selection. I also advise on a range of occupational health issues including: occupational stress and occupational welfare. I deliver disability assessments and employment issues relating to disabled people Disability assessments cover educational and employment issues. I also carry out work in forensic and clinical psychology.
