    [Brief_CV] => I am a UK-trained physician and a consultant in public health medicine. I am a past examiner and a current Fellow of the Faculty of Public Heath Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of London (FFPHM).

I have acted as public health adviser to ICRC, IFOR, ISAF, NATO, NIH, UK military, Unicef, US military, and WHO, and as a  medical expert for the GMC, MPS, MDDUS, MDU, NMC, UK  Coroners Service, UK Health Protection Agency and UK  regional police forces. I am currently Editor-in-Chief of the open-access scientific journal Human Parasitic Diseases, and Visiting Fellow at the Effective Healthcare Consortium, Liverpool University, England. I am an officer of the International Society of Travel Medicine, and a founder member of the British Travel Health Association.

I have completed medicolegal training with Bond Solon, London, in (i) report writing, (ii) giving evidence in Court, and (iii) acting as jointly instructed expert.

I am an expert in all aspects of public health and travel medicine, including all immunisations and vaccinations, and I have specialist experience and expertise in preventing and managing all tropical and infectious diseases.

I have researched and published extensively (including chapters in standard scientific textbooks and over 70 peer-reviewed scientific papers), and have won numerous scientific prizes and awards. I speak French and Spanish fluently.
