Andrew has a varied and diverse skillset and is experienced in, and currently provides the full suite of building surveying functions as a director at Fabric Chartered Building Surveyors Ltd (www.fabricsurveyors.co.uk).General roles include Expert Witness instructions, Insurance Reinstatement Project Management, Party Wall etc Act 1996, Defect Diagnosis, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Subsidence Reporting and Monitoring, together with Dilapidations Claims and Negotiation, Contract Administration and a range of surveys on Residential and Commercial Buildings. Andrew is also regularly instructed to advise on validity of insurance claims.
Andrew has a wealth of knowledge gained from experience working within the Local Authority, Housing Association, and Private Practice sectors in a variety of roles. He has a particular interest in building defect diagnosis and workmanship issues.
