Initially as a materials and site engineer with large UK contractors he has specialised in construction planning over the past 20 years. His key areas of experience within the industry have been transportation infrastructure and commercial building. 

Andrew is a practising expert witness and has provided expert advice and evidence on a number of occasions relating to roads, airports, residential and commercial building projects and power stations. Andrew has been cross examined as an expert in arbitration including expert witness conferencing (?hot-tubbing?). He has also been cross examined as a witness of fact in the Technology and Construction Court. He currently serves on the executive of the Academy of Experts and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
