Dispute resolution: appointed by disputants as Independent Expert for the purpose of determining commercial disputes, and also under appointment by the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
In 2008 Adrian trained as a commercial mediator to enhance his dispute resolution skills.

Adrian was trained and accredited by Clerksroom in 2008. Since then he has gained experience of mediations as a co-mediator observing an experienced mediator. Prior to accreditation Adrian attended mediations of commercial disputes in the role of party expert.
