    [Brief_CV] => Adrian has worked in the construction industry as a surveyor for both the public and private sectors since 1998.

Adrian is a Chartered building engineer, qualified in the areas of dampness, structural waterproofing -listed on the Property Care (PCA) Specialist Waterproofing Design Experts Register, fungal decay and structural stabilisation, as a construction professional whose experience spans diverse categories of building defect diagnosis, building maintenance, and Housing disrepair and refurbishment.

Regularly receiving instructions to act from Solicitors, Courts, Adjudicators, Insurance companies, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and private clients with issues within his field of expertise.  This work has included diagnosing causes of dampness in domestic and commercial properties, specifying remedial work and project managing programmes of repair.

Using the latest surveying equipment and technology, when undertaking surveys, I can establish what defects are affecting a property, explain why they occurred, and then provide a detailed report and where required, a method of repair and expected costs.
