[Brief_CV] => Adam is a Chartered Loss Adjuster, Chartered Insurance Practitioner and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has significant experience of managing major, complex international insurance claims. His particular areas of experience include:

- renewable energy (on and offshore)
- power generation
- infrastructure
- CAR/EAR construction project claims, including Delay in Start Up (DSU)
- major international property and casualty losses during both construction and operational (including business interruption).
Adam is a member of Council for the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) and chairs their specialist interest group for 'Construction, Energy and Engineering'. He regularly lectures at events, including at Lloyd's of London, on topics associated with 'construction, energy and engineering' claims. Adam has acted as a quantum expert on various major disputes, including:
- a tanker collsiion with an LNG jetty in Russia resulting in significant disruption to operations;
- a fire at a major UK university;
- a construction claim arising during offshore pipelay operations in Asia; and
- a major contingent business interruption (CBI) claim dispute associated with an aluminium smelter in Nigeria.

[Mediator_CV] => Adam's principal role in relation to mediation has been to provide expert reviews of the case under consideration, in particular in relation to quantum. He further assist clients in preparing for mediations, in addtion to providing guidance and assistance during the process. In this role he works closely with instructing lawyers.
