Reform of the Arbitration Act 1996: has the current Bill got it right?

The new government has reintroduced the Arbitration Bill and it has already had its second reading in the House of Lords.  The Company is pleased to announce that it will hold a seminar on the Bill which will review the reforms which it seeks to make as well as some hot topics which the legislators have decided not to address.
