Mrs Justice Joanna Smith will be speaking to members giving a ‘view from the bench’. Mrs Justice Smith may be well known to experts from her judgement in Dana UK AXLE Ltd v Freudenberg FST GmbH [2021] EWHC 1413 (TCC).
This is an excellent opportunity for experts to hear from ‘the coalface’ and gain some practical guidance from a leading member of the judiciary.
Entitled ‘Experts Under the Spotlight’ her talk will include:
- Expert meetings and Joint Statements
- Hot Tubbing
- Tips on giving your “best” evidence
This event is taking place in person at The Academy of Experts. Following the Judge’s talk members are invited to stay for a drink in Gray’s Inn Bridge Bar and the opportunity to network.
