Stuart Burns is an Equity Partner with the practice and heads up its Forensic Accounting Department, Fisher Forensic. He has been dealing with Forensic Accounting/Litigation support assignments over the last sixteen years and has given innumerable hours of evidence in Court as an expert witness.
He continues to deal with a broad range of litigation matters, from professional negligence and breach of contract claims and consequential losses, to quantifying losses from personal injury or medical negligence. He also carries out investigations into fraud and money laundering, as well as assisting with matrimonial disputes and asset tracing. Stuart also carries out share and business valuations.
