Mark has significant international experience in the dispute resolution arena having specialised as a forensic accountant since 1993. He has acted as an expert witness and as an advisor on a broad range of disputes in the UK, Europe, MENA, the USA and SE Asia involving complex accounting and valuation issues. Mark has acted as an expert in International Arbitration proceedings brought under ICC, LMAA, New York Maritime, UNCITRAL and ad hoc rules as well as in the UK County and High Court and the UK Criminal Court.

Mark has given oral testimony on many occasions in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Egypt and in the Crown Court, the High Court and International Arbitrations.

Mark is an accounting expert witness and expert advisor with considerable experience in assessing the quantum of loss in complex disputes and opining on accounting and financial issues. Mark is also an experienced fraud and accounting investigator.

Mark's experience includes breach of contract disputes, misrepresentation investigations, quantum of loss assessment in both negligence and contractual disputes, transaction related disputes and breach of warranty claims, fraud investigations, pricing and regulatory investigations, and accounts manipulation claims.

Mark has acted in a broad range of sectors with considerable experience in shipping and offshore, oil and gas, construction and engineering.
