Has acted as expert adviser, party appointed expert witness, and single joint expert on quantity surveying issues for claimants and defendants on a large number of disputes. Oral evidence given in High Court, arbitration, adjudication, planning inquiries, planning examinations, and mediation proceedings.
Fully conversant with CPR 35, Practice Direction PD35, Civil Justice Council Guidance for the instruction of experts in civil claims 2014, TAE Code of Practice, and RICS Practice Statement and Guidance Notes.
